On Thursday, the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority said water levels and flows continue to rise due to significant rainfall and snow melt over the past 24 hours.

Around 11:45 a.m. Saturday emergency crews were called to assist after a swimmer failed to surface in the Crowe River.
