Parks Canada is once again restricting an area of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve for dogs in order to preserve the migratory shorebirds population.

The popular beach area in Pacific Rim National Park on Vancouver Island is home to shorebirds that use the beaches during spring and fall migration.
