Kelowna's Kettle Valley is known for its charming houses and manicured lawns but the neighborhood's scenery is marred these days with graffiti and plenty of it.

"This year we decided we can live with what we have for next year and put the money towards folks that need it more than we do," said Chute Lake Elementary School Principal Bruce McKay.
