Det. Sgt. Hank Idsinga told reporters at a press conference on Wednesday investigators have now identified the remains of Selim Esen, Dean Lisowick, and Abdulbasir Faizi.

The crown attorney identified the alleged victim as 44-year-old Abdulbasir Faizi, one of the missing men from Project Houston.

On Wednesday, police said the charge has been upgraded from second-degree murder, but declined to elaborate, saying the case is before the courts.
