Rappers Why-S and Bvlly, also known as Keeshawn Brown and Jahquar Stewart, were killed in shootings hours apart in Surrey, B.C., and Oshawa, Ont., respectively.

A spokesperson for the Toronto Police Service said it had not been contacted about the case.
