Canada's infrastructure minister is promising that taxpayers won't be left holding the bag should any projects funded through a proposed infrastructure bank go bankrupt.

The Liberal government says 60 per cent of 1,200 infrastructure projects from coast-to-coast are underway, but the Tories say announcements don't equal jobs.
