The publicist for Bill Cosby compared the actor's conviction to the misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

"He would never do anything that undermined the importance of this issue. I don't see him speaking publicly like that," lawyer Angela Agrusa said.

“The town hall meeting are not about sexual assault. I will repeat. These town hall meetings are not about sexual assault,” Bill Cosby's publicist told the morning show co-hosts.
