As many as 24 residents have been displaced after crews battled half a dozen Winnipeg fires in what the chief calls a busier than normal weekend.

Winnipeg fire crews battled a blaze at an A&W restaurant on Main Street Sunday evening that has left the burger chain location completely destroyed.
