The world according to former PM Joe Clark

We were fortunate enough to have a few minutes with former prime minister Joe Clark on the Morning News. Clark remains the youngest PM in our history (he was 39 when he took office in 1979). And he also served as secretary of state for external affairs and minister of constitutional affairs.

And further to my ongoing debate with Eva (I contend that ABBA is terrible; she continues to disagree), Mr. Clark admitted he had no idea who ABBA is. That made me think his first 74 years have been pretty blessed.
