Dauphin Mayor David Bosiak said he’s seeing residents work through emotions in different ways following Thursday’s tragic collision that killed at least 15 people and sent 10 others to hospital. Bosiak said whether or not the connection to victims is direct, a somber atmosphere has settled on the town. Therapy dogs, coffee and counselling are available for visitors at the Dauphin Curling Rink on 1st Street SE.
