A crash between a car and motorcycle on Talbot Avenue impacted the Wednesday morning commute in Winnipeg’s Elmwood area.
Police say the crash took place around 6:10 a.m. near Talbot and Levis Street, and that the driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The other driver fled the scene, police said, but has since been tracked down and arrested.
