The Healthy Lifestyle Challenge’s Biggest Losers

Here is the list of the BIGGEST LOSERS from our 4 month Healthy Lifestyle Challenge.  But even if your name isn’t on this list, you should all be really proud of how far you’ve come.

 

For total weight loss (based on percentage of body weight), Mel Caldwell comes out on top with 17.5% reduction in his body weight, total weight loss of 35 pounds.  Doug Dang is second place male loser with 16.6% total weight loss.  Deanna Bayne is the female who lost the most at 15.9% weight loss (a total of 30 pounds).  Lillian Albrecher comes in a very close second place amongst the women with 15.8% weight loss (they both dropped 29 pounds).  Honourable mentions go to John McLachlan (15.8% weight loss with 29 pounds lost) and Stacey Dean – with 24 pounds gone for a total of 15.6%.

When it comes to your trim tummies (based on percentage reduction in waist circumference), John McLachlan takes first prize with an 18.6% drop…7.1 inches!  Doug Dang comes in second with 6.7 inches gone, for a 17.9% reduction.  Mel Caldwell lost the same number of inches as Doug, for a reduction of 15.7%.  Our top female loser is Deanna Bayne – she shed 5.7 inches for a 15.3% drop.  And coming in second amongst the females, Rachelle Tack with 14.4%…her waist is now 4.9 inches smaller.

You should all give yourselves a big pat on the back…you’ve all done fantastic!!
