Billy Miller joined the cast of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS in September, 2008.

He plays Billy Abbott, the son of Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton) and the late John Abbott (Jerry Douglas). A former Playboy and gambling addict, Billy may have finally found love with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Miller won a 2010 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

Born and raised in Grand Prairie, TX, Miller attended the University of Texas in Austin where he received a communications degree and was one of only 20 students in the film department’s intensive Production Sequence while concurrently taking classes within U.T.’s drama department and Austin’s State Theatre.

After college, Miller worked as a trainee at Industry Entertainment. It was there he decided to begin acting professionally and decided to enroll in more intense acting classes. Bartending helped him pay for those classes and leveraged a second career for him as well. Miller’s company, 4M, builds and operates bars, and he hopes to open a venue in Los Angeles.

Miller joined the cast of "All My Children" in September, 2007 and has appeared in "CSI: NY" and many national commercials.

Miller is a former patient of Texas Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, an organization he supports. He also supports 46 charities that donate to Sunflower Children, a humanitarian aid organization providing survival and developmental care to orphaned, disabled, abandoned, refugee and impoverished children.
