A cheese farm in Salmon Arm says it has been cleared to start selling cheese again, one month after it recalled several products amid concerns they were contaminated with E. coli.

The Public Health Agency investigated a total 25 cases of illness and one death nation-wide, believed to be linked to products from Gort’s Gouda Cheese Farm.
Officials now say testing has proved the facility is not contaminated with E. coli, although two wheels or red pepper Gouda were contaminated.
It is still not clear how that contamination occurred.
