Some parts of B.C. saw a couple of centimetres of snow this morning.
Areas of the Central Cariboo and the Central Interior, and some areas of the Southern Interior saw a dusting of the white stuff.
Travellers on the Coquihalla Highway near the summit, and Allison Pass, also saw some wet snow fall, but on the connector from Merritt to Kelowna and the Kootenay Pass saw between five and 10 centimetres.
Global BC meteorologist Kristi Gordon says we are on track for the beginning of the snow season in B.C.
There is a gradual clearing across most areas, and Gordon says there is nothing major in the forecast in terms of snowfall.
However, she wants to remind everyone now is a good time to put on your snow tires as winter is coming!
