Winnipeg man, 30, the victim of homicide on Flora Avenue Wednesday

Winnipeg police have released the name of a man found dead at the site of a residential fire Wednesday morning.

Steven Andrew Mingo, 30, was found by fire crews at the Flora Avenue blaze around 6:30 a.m.

Police are calling his death a homicide.
