TORONTO — Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion has put her Florida mansion on the market for a whopping $72.5 million.
Real estate broker Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby’s in Montreal has the listing for Dion’s custom-built getaway on Jupiter Island.
The 5.5-acre property boasts 415 feet of oceanfront and comes fully furnished and equipped.

There is a 10,000-square-foot main house (with a 7,000-square-foot basement) plus five smaller buildings, including a four-bedroom guest house, a tennis house with simulated golf range and tennis court, a pool house with a separate kitchen and a beach house with sleeping loft and massage room.
Dion’s property also has three swimming pools and water park features.
The estate was built in 2010 but the 45-year-old singer, who is booked to perform at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas until 2019, has not spent much time there with her husband René Angélil and their three children.
