Julie Vignola is the projected winner of Beauport—Limoilou.
The municipal and electoral boundaries of Beauport—Limoilou in the eastern part of Quebec City include most of the borough of Beauport and the borough of Limoilou. It is located on the northern bank of the St. Lawrence River.
The riding has changed allegiances in every election since 2004, except in 2008, when it remained Conservative.
Bloc Québécois candidate Julie Vignola was elected in 2019, taking the seat from Conservative Alupa Clarke, who had served since 2015.
The riding’s major attractions include Le Grand Marché de Québec, a public market.
