Refinery flare-up fuels residents’ concerns

The company says it’s monitoring air quality and has notified Alberta Environment as a precaution. There are questions as to whether this will affect gas production. Suncor officials say they are still looking into the matter. Back in February there was concern among residents after a propane leak at the Imperial Oil upgrader.
