Edmonton police investigating suspicious death

EDMONTON – The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is treating the discovery of a body in north east Edmonton as suspicious.

Police responded to a report of a deceased man at Hermitage Park at around 6:30 Monday morning.

Police found the man’s body with no obvious signs of injury.

Investigators aren’t sure how the man died so the death is being treated as suspicious.

The EPS Homicide Section is helping with the investigation.

An autopsy will be performed on the victim who was in his 30s.
