I was born an only twin in "cosmopolitan" Castor, Alberta ("The Goose Hunters Paradise") in 1955 weighing 8lbs 7 ounces, but have since put on several more pounds. I was the only boy in a family of four girls and in 1967 was unable to get into the bathroom once!
For the last 25 years I've somehow managed to stay employed in radio… 14 of them as host of "the Q Morning Show" on 100.3 The Q in Victoria.
Reporting on "The Weather" on CHEK is great fun for me and because in Victoria it's either raining or it's not, it's the perfect climate for a guy that doesn't know what he's doing. By the way I also used to fill in and mess up "The Weather" on CKTV in Regina in the early '80s too.
