REGINA – The price to buy a home in the Queen City keeps going up.
According to the latest market survey released by Royal LePage, prices are on the rise.

An average two-story home will set you back over $360-thousand while the average price of a bungalow is up to $330-thousand.
The report indicates the trend isn’t going to end this year. Royal LePage is predicting house prices will rise nearly six per cent this year, though the number of house sales is expected to fall.
