LAWRENCETOWN, N.S. — One person is reportedly dead and two people are injured after an early morning accident on Lawrencetown Road.
RCMP said two people were thrown from vehicles in what appears to have been a head-on collision.

The male driver of one of the vehicles has reportedly died from his injuries. Two females were taken to hospital but their conditions are unknown.
The vehicles — a black sedan and an SUV — both left the road and landed in a ditch.
The road will remain closed as the scene is cleared and police investigate.
