Dip
1/2 pkg Boursin Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 green onion, sliced
1 Tb fresh dill
salt & pepper
5 lb chicken wings
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup hot sauce such as Frank’s
1/2 Tb cider vinegar
Pre-heat oven 375
Place the room temperature cheese into a bowl and then whisk in the remaining ingredients. Season with salt & pepper.
Mix together the butter, Frank’s & cinder. Pour half in with the wings and let marinade for at least 30 min. then bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
Remove from the oven and toss in the remaining sauce. Allow to cool slightly, then serve with the dip.
