RCMP reopened an intersection in Stathcona County to traffic late Sunday afternoon following an incident in the area northeast of Sherwood Park.
The RCMP asked drivers to avoid the area of Township Road 534 and Range Road 225 as no traffic was being allowed to pass through.

An investigation began late Saturday evening, said RCMP. The intersection was re-opened around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police did not provided any details as to the nature of the incident, but said there was no danger or risk to the public in the area.
