Body found in north Edmonton; police call it non-criminal

Police say a little girl left inside a parked car during extreme heat in Edmonton has died in hospital.

Edmonton – Police officers were on scene in north Edmonton Wednesday morning where a body has been discovered.

Police say the discovery is non-criminal.

A medical examiner was on scene.

The body was found at around 6:40 a.m. next to a dumpster at 137 Avenue and 97 Street.
