The vehicle was at the bottom of a 10 meter embankment off highway 97-A at Eagle Point road near Armstrong.
The driver was the only person inside and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 59 year old David Victor Genschorek of Armstrong.
Police say there were no witnesses, making their investigation into the cause of the crash difficult.
