At 7:15, one of our favourite Nova Scotian musicians, David Myles. He’s had a breakout hit with Classified this year, has co-hosted the ECMAs, and he’s about to release a new double album. He’ll join us in studio for a conversation and a song.
We’ll focus on anxiety and kids at 8:15, when we’ll speak to Dr. Alexa Bagnell of the IWK. It’s OK for kids to experience a certain amount of anxiety, but there does come a point when it does more harm than good. We’ll chat about the difference, and how to help our kids manage it.
We’ll wrap up the show at 8:45 with a conversation with Mike Campbell, owner of The Carleton, about the local music scene and the future of the downtown core.
