Winnipeg police are looking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.
Cynthia Parisian, 38, was last seen in the North End on March 7.
She’s described as 5’1″, 180 lbs, with long brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue vest, black pants and brown Timberland dress shoes with high heels.
