Senior activity centres can be a positive influence for persons 55 and older, with programs and services to engage the mind, body and soul.

This week, Dr. Haidong Liang, executive director of the Westend Seniors Activity Centre, Dr. Svetlana Pavlenko, executive director of the Jewish Senior Citizens’ Centre and Linda Ensley, executive director of the Edmonton Seniors join Talk To The Experts to discuss the importance of senior activity centres working together to decrease social isolation for seniors.
