A man was taken to hospital after a vehicle crashed into the side yard of a home on Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 7:40 a.m. at 922 Fairbairn St. The paramedic supervisor on scene said a vehicle crashed through a side yard, narrowly missing a house.
Officials on scene said the pickup truck went airborne for a few seconds after leaving the roadway, crashing through the front yard, taking out several small trees and bushes and coming to rest at the side yard of the home.

Several pieces of property on the front lawn were damaged in the collision.
The age and condition of the man is unknown.
It is unclear if any charges will be laid.
