OPP seek possible 3rd vehicle in pedestrian death on Highway 115

A pedestrian was killed following a Jan. 24 collision with a vehicle on Highway 115 – Jan 25, 2019

Peterborough County OPP are seeking a possible third vehicle that may have been involved in a pedestrian’s death on Highway 115 last month.

On Jan. 24 around 8:20 p.m., a pedestrian walking on the side of the highway south of Peterborough near County Road 10 was struck and killed. The victim was identified as Justen Perritt, 28, of Warkworth, Ont.

On Thursday, OPP say they have identified two vehicles that collided with Perritt but say they believe a third vehicle may have been involved.

Police are looking to speak to the driver of a Toyota Camry (model year between 2012-2017).

“Damage would have occurred to the right front corner of the vehicle,” OPP stated. “The driver may not know what caused the damage.”
