Kamsack RCMP say a 77-year-old man is dead after a house fire last week.
The blaze was reported in Kamsack, Sask., at 9 a.m. on Feb. 21.
RCMP and Kamsack Fire Department firefighters were unable to enter the home due to the flames.
The man was found deceased inside the home once the fire was extinguished. His name was not released by police.
An autopsy has been ordered.
RCMP said on Feb. 26 the cause of the fire is not known, however, they don’t believe it was suspicious in nature. Saskatchewan’s fire scene examiner is assisting with the investigation.
