Hamilton Police seek public’s help in finding arson suspect

Hamilton Police have released security footage of a man they need help Identifying. Officials say they are looking into a “series of arsons at schools and businesses” that happened during the weekend of Jan. 5 – Feb 13, 2019

Hamilton Police have released surveillance video of a suspect who is wanted for questioning in a series of fires in the city.

The video shows a man entering the 7-Eleven Store at 622 Upper Wellington St. shortly after 7 a.m. on the weekend of January 5.

That’s when police and firefighters responded to a series of arsons at schools and businesses on the Mountain.
