A Quinte West woman is facing several charges and a suspended driver’s license after she allegedly drove drunk, causing two collisions.
On Feb. 9 around 7 p.m., OPP say Jacqueline Green, 51, was driving southbound down Highway 62 in the Village of Madoc when she allegedly struck two vehicles going northbound.
Police say the driver continued down the highway until she rolled over into the ditch near Smith Road in Belleville.
No one was injured in any of the collisions.
Green was charged with impaired driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of failing to remain at the scene of a collision.
Green’s driver licence was also suspended for 90 days and her vehicle was impounded for seven days.
She is set to appear in a Belleville court on Feb. 28 to answer to her charges.
