The 24 hour charity challenge is underway this weekend, in memory of Matt Cook.  Matt bravely fought cancer while continuing to play hockey and pursue his dreams. One of the organizers of the 24 hour challenge, Angela Duffy, stops by the morning news to speak more about Matt and the fundraiser.

TOTSWAP- The TotSwap baby and children’s consignment sale is being held at the Enjoy Centre on Saturday. Joining the morning news to tell us more about the event is Darlene Kassian.

MODEL SHOW- The Alberta Aviation Museum, along with the Mustang Owners Association, is having a Diecast model show and sale Saturday. Kevin speaks with Tom Hinderks from the Alberta Aviation Museum to learn more about the show.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE- A group of students from the University of Alberta, along with seven other University campuses, will be attempting to set a world record for the world’s largest viral dance class. Megan Normandeau drops by the morning news to talk more about the contemporary dance class.
