Man dead after apparent shooting in south Regina

A 21-year-old man is dead after an apparent shooting in south Regina.

Police were called to the 2800 block of Sinton Avenue for reports of an injured man.

EMS transported the man to hospital with what were described as life-threatening injuries.

Just after 6 a.m. on Wednesday, he died in hospital.

The name of the deceased person will not be released.

Police say they don’t have any suspects in custody and continue to investigate.
