In just two days, the controversial Harmonized Sales Tax will be eliminated and B.C. will switch back to the Provincial Sales Tax.
The HST was introduced in 2010 when premier Gordon Campbell was still in office and it came with a great deal of debate.
The change sparked a public driven referendum in 2011, forcing the government to scrap it.
In a video posted online this morning, premier Christy Clark addresses British Columbians, highlighting some of the benefits of the return to the old tax structure.

But she also draws attention to some of the downfalls.
The province is hoping to make the transition back to the two-tax PST and GST system easier.
As part of a new outreach program, small businesses can have a ministry PST specialist do a general review of their accounts.
The government is also providing online tools and services, as well as a hotline.
