RPS are investigating a gunshot that happened on Wednesday evening, in the 1500 block of 9th Avenue North.

Officers were called to the scene around 8:55 pm following reports of a gunshot fired towards a male in an alley.

It’s believed the suspects arrived in a two-tone blue and grey Ford truck. The passenger in the suspect vehicle got out and began to spray paint a garage door in the alley.

The victim began to yell at the suspects in an attempt to confront them.

The suspect who was spray painting the door jumped back into the passenger side of the truck and it drove east bound in the alley.

The driver of the suspect vehicle stopped three or four houses away after the victim attempted to get a license plate by running after the truck.
