Winnipeg police asking for help finding two high-risk sex offenders

The Winnipeg Police Service is asking for help finding two wanted sex offenders, who are both considered a high risk to re-offend.

Cecil Junior Houle, 42, was released from federal custody on Jan. 17.

He was serving a 12-year sentence for manslaughter and sexual assault causing bodily harm. The offences took place in central Manitoba. There are currently three outstanding warrants for his arrest for a variety of breaches.

Winston Thomas, 41, was released from provincial custody on June 11 and ordered to live in Winnipeg. Police said he has a history of sexual and violent offences and that there are two outstanding warrants for his arrest after breaches.
