Guelph police say officers are investigating a disturbing incident after receiving a report of a man waving a fake penis at two young girls on their way to school.
Police said it happened on Thursday at around 8:30 a.m. in the area of Royal City Park. Officers searched the area, but the man was not located.
The man is described as white, 40-50 years old with a slightly heavier build and dirty blond hair to the bottom of his ears.

The man was wearing a navy blue sweater, black shorts and a blue baseball hat with white writing.
He was also riding a red bicycle.
