On AM/BC Monday, March 25:
Jay Demerit and Ashleigh McIvor will be in studio for two segments. Not only to talk about sports, but also their upcoming wedding!
Markita Kaulius will also be in studio to discuss Families for Justice, which is a society made up of Canadian families who have lost loved ones to impaired and criminally convicted drivers. Markita started Families for Justice in 2011 after her 22-year-old daughter Kassandra was killed by a drunk driver in a crash in Surrey.

Jill will also be speaking with Milt Richards, who is the senior director of athletics at SFU. He’ll be talking about how interest has grown in SFU since the university became part of the NCAA and the impact participation in the NCAA may potentially have right across Canada.
Finally, Canada’s fastest talker will be on the show. She is coming in for the Monday Makeover segment on the Morning News, and then hopping over to our studio for a chat. We’ll put her talking skills to the test!
