The operators of a licensed New Brunswick dog breeder has a message to whomever stole three puppies from their kennels: the young animals have not been weaned and could get very sick or even die if they’re not returned.
The theft happened at Wilson’s Farm on Kingsley Road in Estey’s Bridge between 2 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on April 3.
“We’re really worried about them,” said Kim Wilson, whose parents own the business. “Somebody came in the night. They came in and they targeted specific puppies.”

The barn where the dogs were housed was broken into and the animals were taken from their kennels.
One of the puppies is a three-month-old male Chihuahua that is dark brown and white.
The other two dogs are six-week-old Havanese and Maltese mixes, that were taken from the kennel they shared with their mother.

“They took them right from their mother,” Wilson said. “She’s very friendly. She wouldn’t have growled at them or anything like that.”
One is a female that is black and white with a white-coloured left ear and a black-coloured right ear. The second is a white and brown male with a brown accent on his back.
Wilson has put up a Kijiji ad in hopes of finding the puppies and included a message asking whoever has them to feed the puppies.
“These puppies are not eating kibble yet. We put their food in a blender to make it powder and then add hot water and feed them several times a day,” she said.
Wilson says the family has been operating the kennel for more than 20 years and raises several breeds of dogs.
