Regina’s Harbour Landing may be opening two new businesses in the near future.
A Harvard Development brochure for the Grasslands retail development in Harbour Landing predicts that retail sales in Regina are forecasted to increase 12.4 per cent to $6.3 billion over the next four years.
Among the new businesses displayed in the brochure set to open in Harbour Landing are Olive Garden and Starbucks, however, the brochure does not include any opening-dates, but instead, shows a red “coming soon” sticker over the logos.
Global News reached out to Harvard Developments for comment and was told that they have “irons in the fire” but no deals have been finalized yet. The Harvard representative said that it was “unfortunate that the brochure was posted yesterday”.
