B.C.’s first 24 hour news channel is now on the air.
You haven’t seen it at home but over the past few months, part of our newsroom has been transformed into a command centre for BC1.
For the past few days the crew has been ironing out the kinks.
BC1 signed on at 9 a.m. today with amBC, a current affairs talk show hosted by Jill Krop.
After that, it’s 24 hour news with a focus on our province.
