A second youth wanted in connection with a stabbing in East York that left a 16-year-old boy with serious injuries has been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
Toronto police said they responded to a call of a stabbing around 3:17 p.m. on Feb. 28 in the area of Coxwell Avenue and Cosburn Avenue.
Emergency crews located the boy at a bus stop with stab wounds. He was transported to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
The Toronto District School Board said the victim is a student at East York Collegiate Institute.
Police said two youths were looking for the victim prior to the stabbing and fled the scene when witnesses tried to intervene.

Authorities said one of the two suspects, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with attempted murder.
Police said the second suspect, a 16-year-old boy, was arrested on March 5 and charged attempted murder, robbery with an offensive weapon and possession of a weapon.
The suspects cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
