A 28-year-old Guelph woman is facing several charges after police seized nearly $10,000 worth of illicit drugs.
The arrest took place Thursday afternoon when Guelph police were conducting routine patrol on York Road and spotted a suspect who was wanted for uttering forged documents and fraud.

Officers arrested her on those charges. Police say they seized drugs including crystal meth, heroin, cocaine and a form of cannabis known as shatter.

The woman is also facing four counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
