TRURO, N.S. – A Nova Scotia man arrested after police uncovered a methamphetamine operation in Salmon River last December has pleaded not guilty to six charges.
Lance Gordon Philips of Hilden elected trial by a provincial court judge Wednesday after entering the pleas in Truro.
The 26-year-old faces charges of producing methamphetamine and possessing chemicals for its production, as well as firearm-related charges.
Police have said they seized a shotgun and loose ammunition at the time of the arrest.
Philips returns to court on April 3 to set a trial date.
