If you want to bust a move – and keep up with the latest trend – you’d better learn the Harlem Shake. That is, if you haven’t already.
That’s right: the Harlem Shake. (Gangnam Style is so 2012, though the Harlem Shake was once an ’80s dance move.) It starts with just one person dancing away, preferably with something on their head. Then it explodes into a group flailing about.
It’s the latest dance craze to shake up YouTube, and as you’ll see, there is no shortage of participants.
Some people are claiming their Harlem Shake videos as the original.
It appears you can do the Harlem Shake almost anywhere…like inside an empty pool or on public transit!
Supposedly, even members of the military are showing off their moves – in uniform, of course.
Firefighters too.
To no surprise, some post-secondary institutions are getting in on the action – but not always on dry land.
And of course, who wouldn’t like to see their favourite newscasters or television hosts on the dance floor?
