Kelowna businessman suing Haworth Jewellers

Several very expensive time pieces are the centre pieces of a BC Supreme Court lawsuit involving a well known Kelowna jewellery store.
Kelowna businessman Bernard Schulz is suing Haworth and Sons for breach of contract.
Schulz claims he provided the company a cheque for $32,000, and two used Rolex wrist watches with a combined value of $28,600, in exchange for a new ladies Master Piece Rolex watch.
That was about a year ago, and Schulz alleges Haworth Jewellers hasn’t provided the new watch or returned the old ones.
